עיצוב מוצר
אנו רואים את עיצוב המוצר כתחום היכול לתרום לאורך כל שלבי הפיתוח, החל מההגדרות הראשוניות של תכונות המוצר ועד לשינויים האחרונים בפרטי התכנון הסופי לכן אנו דורשים מכל מעצב מוצר שלנו להיות גם בעל ידע ותשוקה להנדסה כדי שיבין את שיקולי התכנון לעומקם, דבר התורם לתכנון מוצר טוב יותר המשקף בצורתו החיצונית באופן נאמן יותר את תפקודו יחד עם חזונו של הלקוח.
עיצוב מוצר מבחינתנו הוא היכולת שלנו להתאים את השפה החזותית של המוצר למה שהוא מייצג ולשוק בו הוא מתחרה, עיצוב מוצר רפואי למשל צריך להשתלב בסביבה מסויימת, לעומתו עיצוב מוצר טכנולוגי או עיצוב מוצר תעשייתי דורשים שפה חזותית שונה, על השפה החזותית הבסיסית של התחום יש להוסיף את הערכים שהמוצר רוצה להתגאות בהם, למשל חדשנות, טכנולוגיה ייחודית, עמידות, יצירתיות, אלגנטיות... כל מוצר והדגשים שלו.
הנדסת מכונות
לאיי2זד-דיזיין יש ניסיון מצטבר של עשרות שנים בהנדסת מכונות למוצרים במגוון תחומים ובמגוון מורכבויות, החל במוצרי צריכה פשוטים דרך מוצרי תקשורת, מוצרי היי טק, מוצרים תעשיתיים, מוצרים צבאיים וכלה במוצרים רפואיים מורכבים. כמו כן יש בידנו הידע להעביר את המוצרים תקינה מסוגים שונים, החל מתקינת בטיחות ותקנים לעמידה בתנאי סביבה דרך תקן אבטחה PCI ועד תקינה רפואית כגון CE ו- FDA. אנו עצמנו עומדים בתקן ISO לאיכות הניהול ועושים הכל כדי להטמיע שיטות עבודה יעילות אצל לקוחות בתחילת דרכם מחד ולהיטמע בתוך מערכת הפיתוח של חברות גדולות מהצד השני.
מחלקת ההנדסה שלנו היא בעלת ניסיון רב בליווי מוצרים משלב הקונספט ועד לייצור סדרתי, לאורך השנים ביצענו עשרות רבות של פרוייקטים המיוצרים בכמויות של עד מיליוני יחידות בשנה לחברות מהגדולות בעולם בתחומן, וגם היה לנו הכבוד ללוות סטרט-אפים משלב ההקמה ועד לשלב המסחרי הכולל ייצור המוני.
הנדסת אלקטרוניקה ותכנה – בחלק מהמוצרים המגיעים אלינו ישנו צורך בשירות מקיף הכולל הנדסת אלקטרוניקה (חומרה) ותכנה, אנו מציעים יכולות גם בתחומים אלו ומתאימים את המהנדס הנכון לכל פרוייקט בזכות שיתוף פעולה עמוק ורב שנים עם מומחים בתחומים שונים, השילוב בין הנדסת האלקטרוניקה התכנון המכאני והעיצוב הוא קריטי ומניסיוננו ניהול ריכוזי לכל התחומים מקצר את דרכו של מוצר אל השוק באופן מהותי.
כמו כן אנו מנוסים בניהול עריכת מעגלים, ייצור מעגלים לדגמים ולייצור סידרתי, עמידה בתקנים שונים, אנליזות חום, וממשק בין האלקטרוניקה למכאניקה.
ייצור
לאיי 2 זד דיזיין יש את היכולת לייצור בכל קנה מידה, החל מייצור דגמים ועד לייצור סידרתי במיליוני יחידות. יכולותינו כוללות ייצור דגמים, ייצור מוצרים בהזרקת פלסטיק, הזרקת גומי וסיליקון, הזרקת אלומיניום, עיבוד שבבי (CNC), כיפוף פח, ייצור קפיצים, חלקים עדינים, וייצור מעגלים אלקטרוניים.
אנו יצרן מאושר של חברות גדולות וקטנות ובעלי ניסיון בייצור בכמויות שונות , החל מדגמי פיתוח בודדים ועד מיליוני יחידות לשנה, יכולות הייצור שלנו כוללות גם עמידה בתקנים רפואיים, תקנים צבאיים, סביבה נפיצה, ועוד... שימוש בחומרים מיוחדים ובעלי עמידות לתנאי סביבה שונים הנדרשים בתחום הרפואי בתחום הדלקים או בעמידות בתנאי שטח מאתגרים.
איי2זד דיזיין מספקת פיתרון מקצה לקצה החל מהגיית המוצר דרך תכנונו ועד לייצור והרכבה.
הדפסת תלת מימד
ברשותנו מדפסת תלת ממד בסיסית המשמשת אותנו להוכחת היתכנות ופתרון בעיות במהירות תוך כדי פיתוח, בנוסף יש לנו שותפים בארץ ובחו"ל לביצוע עבודות הדורשות דיוק מיוחד תכונות חומר מיוחדות או גימור ברמה של דגם סופי.

כחברה המספקת פתרון כולל, אנו עובדים עם שותפים חיצוניים גם בתחומים שאינם חלק מתהליך הפיתוח אך נדרשים על ידי לקוחותנו, לדוגמא: סקירת פטנטים, רישום פטנטים, עיצוב גרפי, עיצוב ממשק, עיצוב אריזות ועוד...

על הלקוח לבוא עם חלום ואנו כבר נדע להפוך אותו למציאות על ידי בניית מפרט מקצועי ונכון, ביצוע עבודת עיצוב והנדסה לקבלת תכנון שיענה על דרישות המפרט, ייצור דגמים להוכחת התכנון, מעבר מפיתוח לייצור סדרתי, וייצור סדרתי של המוצרים בהתאם לדרישות הלקוח.

זיו החל את דרכו כמפתח מערכות בחברת מוטורולה שם ליווה מוצרים משלב ההגייה ועד להשקה בשוק הבינלאומי.
לאחר מספר שנים שינה את הכיוון המקצועי ולמד עיצוב תעשייתי ב
HIT.
לאחר לימודיו שימש כמעצב המוצר של חברת וריפון בישראל שם רכש ניסיון בעיצוב מגוון רחב של מוצרים בייצור המוני.
ב2013 זיו הקים את איי2זד דיזיין במטרה לממש את השילוב בין הנדסה לעיצוב.

MAKE-A-THON
A2Z-DESIGN is always happy to make a social impact and participate in events for the community, we had a lot of fun in the Kite-pride Make-a-tone and had a chance to develop cool products for a good cause.
90degrees at the surfing world championship
Our own designed “Tortuga” surf board stand is starring these days next to the winners podium in the surfing world championship in Natania.
Volunteering work
As a part of our activity for the community, we have volunteered to help the Unistream association, that helps high school students from the periphery to learn entrepreneurship. The group of students that we have helped wanted to create a beverage bottle that can be cooled instantly by gas pressure release. A2Z-DESIGN had built a functional model with a proper ID that managed to even surprise us by reaching a minimum peak temperature of -54 degrees Celsius, creating some dry ice in the process. Eventually, the project had won the 2nd place in the national competition.
We are very proud of the kids that came to us with such an original idea and feel very blessed to have this chance in making it true for them.

A2Z-DESIGN is now ISO 9001 certified
Since the birth of A2Z-DESIGN, we have used quality and management methods that we have learned in big corporations. It's only natural for us to take the next step and get a formal certification of what we have always done. Now that we have a formal ISO certification we know that our methods are also approved by external reviewers, to ensure the development quality for ourselves and for our customers.

Smart simple and beautiful are 3 elements that can live together without compromise on any one of them.
Meet your goal with more re-use of components less parts and more double functions for the systems modules. And if you do it right there is no reason that the end result will not look good.

The power of simplicity
As a designer you always have to find clever solutions. Usually this demands time focus concentration and hard work to find the simplest and most clever solution. A "how didn't I think of it first" kind of design. But sometime it also happens fast, and everything falls simply and elegantly into place. This silicon cover needed to protect the product, give a good grip, allow air flow for some heat to get out, and of course look appealing. It took only 3 features in Solid-works to make this texture and it was clear this is it.
Model making abilities
Since A2Z-DESIGN had started to produce 3D printed parts to customers this section of our activity has grown rapidly. We found ourselves producing plastic and metal models in small and medium quantities for a growing number of customers. Today we can supply models of all kinds with the highest quality and a very competitive price. In the photo: a lab equipment model designed and produced by us.
Ambudrone concept
Just having some fun we have designed a concept of an autonomous drone based stretcher.
This can come as a quick evacuation solutions for military or civilian situations, landing a stretcher near the injured person and lifting him without delay to the closest hospital.
Current technology can support a solution like that, and we are sure that someone will accept the challenge and make this a reality.
For now… we are just happy to put our imagination to a good use.
Touche medical infusion patch pump takes another step forward
Today Touche-medical took another step towards our goal of developing the most effective patch pump in the market.
Touche-medicals patent in the USA was granted joining our China granted patent, and European pending patent.
A2Z-SKI
A big part of our vision to create a tight design team that works together as an elite unit, for that we organize special extreme days for the team.
This winter we decided to make it in the form of a ski vacation with families in the Hermon ski site.
Some of us already know how to ski, others learned for the first time.
Inside a designers head
A common question that customers raise is "how will I know your design will fit my taste?"
The first and most important factor that should deal with this concern is the fact that the design is made for the customer and not for the designer.
A professional designer should know how to design a product in any style that the customer desires, and most importantly know to follow the design language of the field, heavy machinery will always have a different styling from a beauty product.
With all this said, since design is a more emotional part in the development process then others, maybe a bit more is needed to help reassure people they have made the right choice.
That's why I decided to expose my personal pinterest account, this way anyone can see what I find beautiful.

3D Printing Services
A2Z-DESIGN is proud to present a new service:
For long time we have used outsource modeling services, since then we have acquired an FDM 3D printer for our internal use for concept models and basic design verification.
Today when we feel that we have good experience and results that exceeded our expectations we decided to offer 3D printing as a complementary service.
Our equipment provides FDM printing up 0.1mm accuracy with a variety of materials, PLA ABS PVA HIPS TPE, in multiple colors including dual material and dual colors.
Models size is up to - 210mm x 297mm x 210mm
A2Z-DESIGN Philosophy
A few weeks ago we where informed that A2Z-DESIGN is one of 4 finalists in it's category in the entrepreneur of the year competition at Keren Shemesh Foundation. As part of the presentation about the office we have made a visual summery of our philosophy. So here it is: We operate by corporate methods we are familiar with and make them more responsive with our start up spirit. And parallel to that, we are combining industrial design and engineering through all the stages of the project, to get a mature product in a shorter time table.

MIXiii Israel innovation conference
A2Z-DESIGN had sent representation to the MIxiii Israel innovation conference.
The most interesting companies where presenting in the start-up area, ideas such as a smartphone user interface for blind people, which really break conventions.
Most of all we were very happy to see the big interest around the display of our partner TOUCHE MEDICAL.
